The invention discloses a control system and method for a power battery refrigeration working condition compressor. The control method of the power battery refrigeration working condition compressor is applied to the control system of the power battery refrigeration working condition compressor. The control method of the power battery refrigeration working condition compressor comprises the steps that the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of a water chilling unit are collected based on a first temperature detection device and a second temperature detection device; the controller determines a first set temperature deviation signal according to the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature, and determines a second set temperature deviation signal according to the outlet temperature and the target temperature of the water chilling unit; and the controller performs return difference group control on the first set temperature deviation signal, performs PID control on the second set temperature deviation signal and outputs a rotating speed signal of the compressor, and the compressor operates according to the rotating speed signal. The rotating speed of the compressor is controlled, and temperature fluctuation and frequent starting, stopping and fluctuation of the rotating speed of the compressor are reduced.
