The invention relates to the technical field of road network flow observation, and discloses a road network flow observation method based on the exclusion theorem and a bayonet camera, which comprises the following steps: acquiring bayonet data collected by the bayonet camera; according to the obtained checkpoint data, extracting road network traffic observed by each checkpoint camera; constructing a road network flow calculation model based on the repulsion principle, and fitting the road network flow calculation model based on the repulsion principle by adopting a least square method according to the road network flow observed by each bayonet camera; and performing consistency observation on the road network flow of the bayonet camera according to the fitted road network flow calculation model. According to the method, the checkpoint cameras are used as observation equipment, deeper laws and relations between checkpoint equipment are mined based on the repulsion principle, and then flow fluctuation caused by random failure of the checkpoints is corrected, so that consistent observation of road network flow is achieved, and the accuracy and robustness of road network monitoring are improved.

    本发明涉及路网流量观测技术领域,公开了一种基于容斥定理和卡口摄像头的路网流量观测方法,包括获取卡口摄像头采集的卡口数据;根据获取的卡口数据,提取各个卡口摄像头所观测的路网流量;构建基于容斥原理的路网流量计算模型,并根据各个卡口摄像头所观测的路网流量,采用最小二乘法对基于容斥原理的路网流量计算模型进行拟合;根据拟合后的路网流量计算模型对卡口摄像头的路网流量进行一致性观测。本发明以卡口摄像头作为观测设备,基于容斥原理挖掘卡口设备间更深层次的规律和联系,进而对卡口随机失效造成的流量波动进行校正,从而实现对路网流量的一致性观测,提高路网监测的准确性和鲁棒性。
