The invention discloses an unmanned toll station traffic flow monitoring method and system based on data fusion, and relates to the field of intelligent traffic, and the method comprises the steps: deploying an environment sensor at a key position of an unmanned toll station, collecting environment data in real time, employing a machine learning classification algorithm to classify environment states, and generating environment state labels; adjusting a weight vector of the dynamic multi-modal sensor through a multi-layer perceptron model based on the environment state label, and generating a weight configuration table of the dynamic multi-modal sensor; and dividing the passing quantity of all the normal vehicles in a time period into intervals based on the alarm information in combination with the dynamic data of all the normal vehicles, counting the flow density in each sub-interval, and generating a traffic flow monitoring report. According to the method, efficient data fusion under complex environment adaptation is achieved by collecting the environment data, generating the environment state label and combining generation and optimization of the dynamic multi-mode sensor weight configuration table.

    本发明公开了一种基于数据融合的无人收费站交通流量监测方法及系统,涉及智能交通领域,包括:部署环境传感器在无人收费站的关键位置,实时采集环境数据,利用机器学习分类算法,对环境状态进行分类,生成环境状态标签;基于环境状态标签,通过多层感知机模型,调整动态多模态传感器的权重向量,生成动态多模态传感器权重配置表;基于报警信息,结合所有正常车辆的动态数据,将时间段内所有正常车辆的通行数量划分区间,统计每个子区间内的流量密度,并生成交通流量监测报告。本发明通过采集环境数据并生成环境状态标签,结合动态多模态传感器权重配置表的生成和优化,实现了复杂环境适应下的高效数据融合。
