The invention discloses a hydrogen leakage detection method, device and equipment, a vehicle and a medium, and is applied to the technical field of fuel cells. The method specifically comprises the following steps: acquiring the current rotating speed of a hydrogen circulating pump, the current pile inlet hydrogen pressure and the current pile outlet hydrogen pressure; determining a current stack inlet and outlet hydrogen pressure difference based on the current stack inlet hydrogen pressure and the current stack outlet hydrogen pressure; based on a first mapping relation between the measured value of the current pile inlet hydrogen flow and the rotating speed of the hydrogen circulating pump, the pile inlet hydrogen pressure and the difference between the pile inlet hydrogen pressure and the pile outlet hydrogen pressure, determining the measured value of the current pile inlet hydrogen flow; determining a current stack inlet hydrogen flow theoretical value based on a second mapping relation between the stack inlet hydrogen flow theoretical value and the current density value; and the current hydrogen leakage detection result is determined based on the current electric pile inlet hydrogen flow measured value and the current electric pile inlet hydrogen flow theoretical value, and therefore real-time detection of the hydrogen leakage amount in the whole life cycle of vehicle operation can be achieved.
