The invention relates to a hybrid power driving system. The hybrid power driving system comprises an engine, a motor and a power transmission mechanism, the power transmission mechanism achieves power coupling between the engine and the motor, the motor comprises a driving motor providing power for wheels, the power transmission mechanism comprises a clutch, and the clutch is arranged on a transmission shaft, meshed with a motor shaft of the driving motor, of the power transmission mechanism. The clutch includes a driving member and a driven member slidably disposed relative to each other. And the clutch is configured to be automatically switched among a combination state, a separation state and a sliding friction state at least according to the whole vehicle control strategy information, the engine control strategy information and the motor control strategy information so as to adjust dynamic coupling of the engine and the driving motor under different working conditions. According to the invention, the dynamic coupling between the engine and the driving motor can be adjusted according to the actual strategy requirement, the continuous tooth knocking sound generated when the torque of the driving motor is zero is reduced, and the noise problem generated when the torque of the driving motor is in the zero-crossing position is eliminated.
