The invention relates to a vehicle braking mechanism which comprises a braking module, a fixing module and a driving device, the braking module comprises a fixing piece, a connecting rod and a pedal, the fixing piece is fixedly connected with a vehicle frame of a vehicle, the connecting rod is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite, the first end is connected with the fixing piece, and the second end is connected with the pedal. The fixing module is fixed to one side of the fixing piece. The driving device is arranged on the connecting rod, and the output end of the driving device is connected with the fixing module. The driving device is configured to apply acting force to the connecting rod and the pedal so that the connecting rod and the pedal can move with the first end as the circle center, and under the condition that the vehicle needs to execute braking operation, the driving device drives the connecting rod and the pedal to move towards the fixing module till the connecting rod and the pedal move to the braking position. According to the braking mechanism, the fixing module and the fixing piece are fixed at one side, so that the mounting universality of the fixing module is improved, and meanwhile, the interference of the fixing module on the movement of the connecting rod is reduced.
