The invention discloses a ship ashore power cable guide wheel device arrangement system and method. The shore power cable guide wheel device arrangement system comprises a shore power cable guide wheel device (1), a port working area (22) and a starboard working area (23), wherein the port working area (22) and the starboard working area (23) are arranged on a ship deck; the shore power cable guide wheel device can be transferred back and forth between the port working area and the starboard working area; when the port of the ship reaches the shore, the shore power cable guide wheel device is controlled to be transferred to the port working area, and shore power is connected to the port of the ship through the shore power cable guide wheel device; and when the ship starboard reaches the shore, the shore power cable guide wheel device is controlled to be transferred to the starboard working area, and shore power is connected to the ship starboard through the shore power cable guide wheel device. Therefore, one set of shore power cable guide wheel device can meet the requirement of connecting shore power when ship boards on the left side and the right side of a ship are in shore, so that the equipment investment can be reduced, and meanwhile, the deck space can be saved.
本发明公开了一种船舶上岸电电缆导轮装置布置系统和方法。本发明的岸电电缆导轮装置布置系统和方法包括岸电电缆导轮装置(1)、设置在船舶甲板上的左舷工作区(22)和右舷工作区(23);所述岸电电缆导轮装置能够在左舷工作区与右舷工作区之间往返转移;当船舶左舷靠岸时,控制岸电电缆导轮装置转移至左舷工作区处,在船舶左舷处使用岸电电缆导轮装置接入岸电;当船舶右舷靠岸时,控制岸电电缆导轮装置转移至右舷工作区处,在船舶右舷处使用岸电电缆导轮装置接入岸电。这样一来,一套岸电电缆导轮装置就能够满足船舶左右两侧船舷靠岸时接入岸电的需求,从而可减少设备投入,同时也可节约甲板空间。
