The invention belongs to the field of prefabricated box girders, particularly relates to a double-portal crane for hoisting a prefabricated box girder, and provides the following scheme aiming at the problems that when an existing double-portal crane hoists, a device is easy to move, so that hoisting deviation occurs, meanwhile, a portal frame is heavy, and the position of the device is inconvenient to adjust. The device comprises two bottom rails and two gantries, the two bottom rails are arranged in parallel and fixed to the ground surface, the two gantries are arranged at the tops of the two bottom rails in a sliding mode and are perpendicular to the bottom rails, a servo motor drives a two-way lead screw and a sliding plate to move, the positions of the gantries are rapidly adjusted, and the working efficiency is improved. And the stability of the device in the hoisting process is ensured through the close contact between the friction plate and the bottom rail and the interaction between the trapezoidal block and the vertical rod after the position is adjusted through the flexible change of the hoisting position.

    本发明属于预制箱梁领域,尤其是一种用于预制箱梁吊装用双门式起重机,针对现有的双门式起重机在吊装时,容易出现装置移动的情况,进而导致吊装出现偏差,同时门架较重,不方便调整装置的位置的问题,现提出如下方案,其包括两个底部轨道和两个门架,两个所述底部轨道呈平行设置并固定在地表,两个所述门架滑动设置在两个底部轨道的顶部并与底部轨道呈垂直设置,本发明中,通过伺服电机驱动双向丝杆和滑动板的运动,实现了门架位置的快速调整,以及吊装位置的灵活变动,在调整位置后,通过摩擦板与底部轨道的紧密接触以及梯形块与竖杆的相互作用,确保了装置在吊装过程中的稳定性。
