The invention discloses a complementary energy discharge control method and system for a fuel cell vehicle. The method comprises the steps that the change value of the total required power of the vehicle between the current moment and the next moment is calculated; when the change value is larger than the maximum power decreasing amplitude allowed by the fuel cell system, the output power of the fuel cell system, the charging power of the power cell and the consumption power of the complementary energy discharging circuit at the next moment are obtained and compared, and the complementary energy consumption mode of the vehicle is determined; wherein the complementary energy absorption mode comprises the steps of carrying out absorption through the complementary energy discharge circuit and carrying out absorption through a refrigeration module and a heating module of the temperature adjusting system at the same time; and adjusting the operation of the complementary energy discharge circuit and the temperature adjusting system according to the complementary energy absorption mode. According to the invention, the lightweight complementary energy discharge circuit is introduced to timely and accurately consume the complementary energy of the fuel cell vehicle, so that the complementary energy discharge cost of the vehicle is reduced, and the cost performance of the vehicle design is improved.

    一种燃料电池汽车的余能泄放控制方法及系统,其中方法包括:计算出当前时刻与下一时刻之间车辆总需求功率的变化值;当所述变化值大于燃料电池系统允许的最大功率降幅时,获取下一时刻燃料电池系统的输出功率、动力电池的充电功率和余能泄放电路的消纳功率并进行比较,确定车辆的余能消纳方式;其中,所述余能消纳方式包括通过所述余能泄放电路进行消纳,以及分别通过温度调节系统的制冷模块和加热模块同时进行消纳;根据所述余能消纳方式,调节所述余能泄放电路和温度调节系统的运行。本申请通过引入一个轻量级的余能泄放电路对燃料电池汽车的余能进行及时且准确地消耗,降低车辆的余能泄放成本,提升车辆设计的性价比。
