Different assembling work is carried out in different station areas, after assembling of a previous station is completed, the unmanned aerial vehicle only needs to be moved to the next station area through the self-walking assembly to be assembled, the time for replacing assembling tools is greatly shortened, the assembling efficiency of the unmanned aerial vehicle is improved, the three station areas can work at the same time, and the assembling efficiency of the unmanned aerial vehicle is improved. And the three unmanned aerial vehicles are assembled at the same time.

    本发明涉及无人机技术领域,公开了一种大型无人机的装配装置,包括固定平台,固定平台的中部开设有移动通道,沿移动通道的长度方向从左到右依次分为第一工位区、第二工位区、第三工位区,移动通道上设有串接第一工位区、第二工位区、第三工位区的滑轨,滑轨上滑动连接有自行走组件,一工位区、第二工位区对应的固定平台上滑动连接有工作平台,工作平台滑动时能延伸到移动通道中。本发明分别在不同工位区进行不同的装配工作,待前一工位装配完成后,只需将无人机通过自行走组件移动到下一工位区进行装配即可,极大的减少了更换装配工具的时间提高了无人机的装配效率,并且三个工位区还可以同时工作,在同一时间进行三个无人机的装配。
