The invention discloses a system for lifting and steering equipment under a mine, and belongs to the technical field of auxiliary moving devices of the equipment under the mine. The device comprises a monorail and under-mine equipment to be transported; a monorail crane driving device is movably arranged on the monorail; a hoisting direction adjusting assembly is further arranged on the single rail; the front end of the hoisting direction adjusting assembly is connected with a monorail crane driving device through a traction beam; the under-mine equipment is detachably mounted at the bottom of the hoisting direction adjusting assembly; the hoisting direction adjusting assembly comprises a cross beam frame and a rotating beam, and the rotating beam can rotate in the horizontal direction relative to the cross beam frame; the problems that current underground equipment cannot be directly steered after being transported through equipment such as a monorail, the workload of operation such as transferring is increased, and the labor cost is increased are effectively solved.
