The invention relates to the technical field of traffic engineering, and discloses a dynamic weighing system deployment method suitable for an expressway entrance and exit, and the method comprises the following steps: providing at least one weighing lane which is arranged at the expressway entrance and exit and is used for weighing vehicles passing through the expressway entrance and exit; when a passing vehicle is driven into the weighing lane, identifying the information of the passing vehicle; matching the use state of the weighing lane according to the passing vehicle information, and switching the weighing lane to the corresponding use state; calculating weight data of the passing vehicle based on a calculation rule corresponding to the use state of the passing vehicle; weight data calculated based on passing vehicles are processed through a weighing instrument. Through the switching of the isolation assembly, the weighing lane can be flexibly switched between a large transport vehicle and a common vehicle, and the resource waste caused by independently setting a special channel for the large transport vehicle is avoided.
