The invention relates to the field of elevator fault diagnosis, and particularly discloses an elevator operation state intelligent diagnosis system based on a fusion diagnosis technology, which comprises a data acquisition module, a signal processing module, a communication module, a cloud server, an intelligent diagnosis module, a memory and a user display terminal, wherein the data acquisition module acquires current, current excitation and main shaft rotating speed signals of a power supply end of a driving motor of the elevator, the signal processing module receives and filters the signals, and the communication module transmits the processed signals to the cloud server; the intelligent diagnosis module diagnoses the state of the motor by analyzing the signal and stores the data, and the user display terminal can call and visually display the state data. Therefore, the problems that an existing elevator fault detection method is complex in operation and inaccurate in test result, and the operation reliability and safety of elevator equipment are affected are solved.

    本发明涉及提升机故障诊断领域,具体公开了一种基于融合诊断技术的提升机运行状况智能诊断系统,包括数据采集模块、信号处理模块、通讯模块、云服务器、智能诊断模块、存储器和用户显示终端;其中,数据采集模块采集提升机驱动电机电源端的电流、电流励磁及主轴转速信号,信号处理模块对信号进行接收和滤波处理,通讯模块将处理后的信号传输至云服务器;智能诊断模块通过分析信号诊断电机状态并将数据存储,用户显示终端可调取并可视化展示状态数据。以此解决了现有的提升机故障检测方法操作复杂,测试结果不准确,并存在影响提升机设备运行可靠性和安全性的问题。
