An oil port 1 of a main overflow valve is connected with an oil port P, and an oil port 2 of the main overflow valve is connected with an oil port T; the oil port P is connected with the oil port C, the oil port 1 of the sequence valve is connected to an oil way between the oil port P and the oil port C, the oil port 2 is connected with the oil port D, and the oil port 3 is connected with the oil port T; an oil port 2 of the pressure buildup switch is connected with an oil port P and an oil inlet of the hand-operated direction valve, and an oil port 1 of the pressure buildup switch is connected with an oil port T; an oil outlet of the manual reversing valve is respectively connected with the oil port A and the oil port B; an oil port 1 of the pressure reducing valve is connected with an oil port X, an oil port 2 of the pressure reducing valve is connected with an oil port 2 of the shuttle valve, an oil port 3 of the pressure reducing valve is connected with an oil port T, the oil port 1 of the shuttle valve is connected to an oil way between an oil outlet of the hand-operated direction valve and an oil port A, and the oil port 3 of the shuttle valve is connected to an oil way between the oil outlet of the hand-operated direction valve and an oil port B; according to the invention, after an upper vehicle power system fails, the crane can realize full-action emergency and emergency collection.
