The invention provides a whole vehicle domain controller, a vehicle control system, a new energy commercial vehicle and a control method.The whole vehicle domain controller comprises a control decision module, a wired communication module, a wireless communication module, a signal acquisition module, a rotating speed control module and a power driving module which are arranged on the same circuit board; the control decision module is respectively connected with the wired communication module, the wireless communication module, the signal acquisition module, the rotating speed control module and the power driving module through on-board wiring, the wired communication module is connected with other controllers in the vehicle through electric appliance wire harnesses, and the wireless communication module is in communication connection with the cloud platform. The signal acquisition module is connected with the in-vehicle control device through an electric appliance wire harness, the rotating speed control module is connected with the in-vehicle rotating device through an electric appliance wire harness, and the power driving module is connected with the in-vehicle power device through an electric appliance wire harness. Hardware resources are integrated into a set of hardware through the whole vehicle domain controller, the number and cost of wire harnesses are reduced, the assembly difficulty is simplified, and the vehicle reliability is improved.

    本申请提供了一种整车域控制器、车辆控制系统、新能源商用车及控制方法,整车域控制器包括:设置在同一电路板上的控制决策模块、有线通信模块、无线通信模块、信号采集模块、转速控制模块以及功率驱动模块,控制决策模块分别通过板上布线与有线通信模块、无线通信模块、信号采集模块、转速控制模块以及功率驱动模块连接,有线通信模块和车内其他控制器通过电器线束连接,无线通信模块和云端平台通信连接,信号采集模块和车内操控器件通过电器线束连接,转速控制模块和车内转动器件通过电器线束连接,功率驱动模块和车内功率器件通过电器线束连接。通过整车域控制器将硬件资源集成为一套硬件,减少线束数量和成本,简化装配难度,提高车辆可靠性。
