The invention relates to the field of satellites, and provides a high-density single-machine-layout expandable satellite general assembly integration device and an expansion method, the high-density single-machine-layout expandable satellite general assembly integration device comprises an expandable turnover mechanism, a satellite side plate shape-preserving assembly and a satellite parking platform, and the expandable turnover mechanism is installed on the satellite parking platform; the deployable turnover mechanism, the satellite side plate shape-preserving assembly and the satellite parking platform are connected with the satellite side plate; the extensible turnover mechanism comprises a 90-degree turnover assembly, a fine adjustment assembly and a side plate mounting frame which are connected with one another, the satellite side plates comprise extensible side plates and non-extensible side plates, the 90-degree turnover assembly controls the extensible side plates to be unfolded or folded, and the extensible side plates are subjected to three-axis fine adjustment through the fine adjustment assembly; the satellite side plate shape-preserving assembly controls the shape and position precision of the non-deployable side plate and the satellite bottom plate. The foldable movement of the high-density single-machine layout side plate is realized through the 90-degree turnover mechanism, the fast reading switching of the opening and closing states of the single-machine side plate in the satellite general assembly integration process is realized, and the operation space is increased.

    本发明提供了一种涉及卫星领域的高密单机布局的可展开式卫星总装集成装置及展开方法,包括可展式翻转机构、卫星侧板保形组件以及卫星停放平台,可展式翻转机构安装于卫星停放平台上,可展式翻转机构、卫星侧板保形组件、卫星停放平台均与卫星侧板相连;可展式翻转机构包括互连的90°翻转组件、微调组件以及侧板安装框架,卫星侧板包括可展侧板和非可展侧板,90°翻转组件控制可展侧板进行展开或收拢,可展侧板通过微调组件进行三轴微调,卫星侧板保形组件控制非可展侧板与卫星底板的形位精度。本发明通过90°翻转机构实现高密单机布局侧板的可展开合运动,实现卫星总装集成过程中的单机侧板开合状态快读切换,增加操作空间。
