The invention relates to the technical field of energy-saving light supplement, and particularly discloses an intelligent energy-saving light supplement method and system based on ship multi-target video guidance, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a top view of a target water area, and determining the basic risk degree of each position based on a still life contour in the top view; acquiring a ship position in real time, querying a basic risk degree at the ship position, and determining a basic light supplementing frequency according to the basic risk degree; acquiring a night vision image based on a night vision camera, and synchronously determining an image range based on detection parameters of the night vision camera; identifying the night vision image, and determining the floating light supplementing frequency at each position in the image range; and performing light supplement on each position based on the basic light supplement frequency and the floating light supplement frequency. According to the intelligent light supplementing system provided by the invention, the light supplementing process is controlled as required under the condition of black light and low illumination at night, and the energy consumption of the light supplementing system can be reduced to the maximum extent, so that the energy-saving effect is achieved.

    本发明涉及节能补光技术领域,具体公开了一种基于船舶多目标视频引导的智能节能补光方法和系统,所述方法包括获取目标水域的俯视图,基于俯视图中的静物轮廓确定各个位置处的基础风险度;实时获取船舶位置,查询船舶位置处的基础风险度,根据所述基础风险度确定基础补光频率;基于夜视摄像头获取夜视图像,基于夜视摄像头的检测参数同步确定图像范围;对夜视图像进行识别,确定图像范围内各位置处的浮动补光频率;基于基础补光频率和浮动补光频率对各位置进行补光。本发明提供了一种智能补光系统,在夜晚黑光低照度条件下,按需控制补光过程,可极大限度地减少补光系统能源消耗,从而达到节能效果。
