The invention discloses a secondary frequency modulation control method and system considering an electric vehicle battery. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring key parameters of an electric vehicle; inputting the key parameters of the electric vehicle into a neural network, and obtaining a capacity aging coefficient and a power aging coefficient of a battery of the electric vehicle; calculating the minimum charging time of the electric vehicles based on the capacity aging coefficient and the power aging coefficient, and grouping the electric vehicles according to the minimum charging time; and calculating the frequency modulation reserve capacity of the electric vehicle based on the grouping result, and generating a frequency modulation strategy according to the frequency modulation reserve capacity. According to the method, the unknown battery aging coefficient is fitted by using the neural network, and the method has good adaptability to common battery aging phenomena in practical application; by designing grouping criteria and priority indexes, possible damage caused by frequent charging and discharging of batteries of vehicles about to leave the power grid is avoided; the frequency modulation participation priority of the vehicle with the high aging degree is reduced, the battery state is prevented from further deterioration, and the frequency modulation standby capacity is improved.

    本发明公开了一种考虑电动汽车电池的二次调频控制方法及系统,方法包括:获取电动汽车关键参数;将电动汽车关键参数输入至神经网络中,获取电动汽车电池的容量老化系数和功率老化系数;基于容量老化系数和功率老化系数,计算电动汽车的最小充电时间,根据最小充电时间,将电动汽车进行分组;基于分组结果,计算电动汽车的调频备用容量,根据调频备用容量生成调频策略。本发明使用神经网络拟合未知的电池老化系数,对于实际应用中常见的电池老化现象具有良好的适应性;通过设计分组判据和优先级指数,避免即将离开电网车辆电池遭受频繁充放电所致的可能损害;降低老化程度较高车辆参与调频优先级,避免电池状态进一步恶化,同时提高调频备用容量。
