The invention provides a thermal management control method and system for a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: recognizing whether a battery of the vehicle has a heating demand or not; if the battery has the heating requirement, the working state of a power source of the vehicle is recognized, and whether the vehicle meets the waste heat heating condition or not is judged according to the recognized working state; if the waste heat heating condition is met, waste heat of the power source is used for heating the battery; if the waste heat heating condition is not met, whether a starting condition for starting a heat pump system of the vehicle is met or not is determined according to the temperature of the environment where the vehicle is located; if the starting condition is met, an evaporator in the heat pump system is started to heat the battery; and if the starting condition is not met, a battery loop PTC and a water heating electric heating WPTC of the vehicle are started to heat the battery. By means of the waste heat recovery system, the waste heat recovery efficiency and utilization rate are improved, and then the purposes of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.
本申请提供了一种车辆的热管理控制方法及热管理控制系统,其中,该方法包括:识别所述车辆的电池是否有制热需求;若所述电池有制热需求,则识别所述车辆的动力源的工作状态,并根据识别出的工作状态判断所述车辆是否满足余热制热条件;若满足所述余热制热条件,则使用所述动力源的余热为所述电池制热;若不满足所述余热制热条件,则根据所述车辆所处的环境温度,确定是否满足启动所述车辆的热泵系统的启动条件;若满足所述启动条件,则启动所述热泵系统中的蒸发器为所述电池制热;若不满足所述启动条件,则启动所述车辆的电池回路PTC和水暖电加热WPTC为所述电池制热。通过本申请,提高了余热回收的效率和利用率,进而实现节能减排的目标。
