The invention provides a battery management method, a management system, a medium and a program product, and relates to the technical field of battery management. The method comprises the steps that the traffic congestion condition of a road where a current vehicle is located is obtained in real time through a vehicle-mounted camera, whether the vehicle is located in a congested road section or not is judged according to vehicle speed information, and when it is determined that the vehicle enters a congested state, the outside air temperature, the battery temperature and operation parameters are obtained in real time; inputting into a battery consumption judgment model which is obtained through machine learning training in advance and is used in different congestion environments, calculating a relatively accurate electric quantity consumption predicted value according to various environmental parameters, and judging the duration of the congestion road section by combining with a third party; and finally, according to the congestion duration, the current electric quantity condition of the battery and the electric quantity consumption value predicted by the model, the power utilization strategy of the battery is intelligently and automatically adjusted, and reasonable power utilization in the congestion environment is realized. According to the method, the actual consumption of the battery can be evaluated more accurately, and a more reasonable and reliable battery power utilization strategy is formulated accordingly.
