The invention discloses a crane for viaduct crossing construction and a construction method thereof. The crane comprises a supporting frame body arranged on a bearing platform, a lifting device arranged on the supporting frame body and a rail device arranged between the supporting frame body and the lifting device, and the lifting device moves relative to the supporting frame body through the rail device; the lifting device comprises a movable frame, a pulling and lifting groove and a crane car at least partially arranged in the pulling and lifting groove in a penetrating mode are arranged on the movable frame, and the crane car is connected with the pulling and lifting groove in a sliding mode. Wherein a monitoring device is arranged on the lifting device, the movable frame is provided with at least one first monitoring end, and the monitoring device comprises a first monitoring belt arranged at the first monitoring end, a second monitoring belt integrated on the crane vehicle and a monitoring center; the bridge construction speed and quality can be improved, shaking and unstable factors in the construction process are reduced, and the construction safety is improved; meanwhile, accurate data support can be provided, the construction scheme can be adjusted in time, and smooth proceeding of the construction process is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种高架桥跨越施工用起重机及其施工方法,包括布置在承台上的支撑架体,在支撑架体上设置有起重装置,和设置在支撑架体和起重装置之间的轨道装置,起重装置通过轨道装置与支撑架体相对移动;起重装置包括移动框架,在移动框架上设置有拉举槽和至少部分穿设在拉举槽中的起重车,并且起重车滑动连接拉举槽;其中,在起重装置上设置有监测装置,移动框架具有至少一个第一监测端,监测装置包括设置在第一监测端的第一监测带和集成在起重车上的第二监测带,以及监控中枢;本发明能够提高桥梁建设的速度和质量,减少施工过程中的晃动和不稳定因素,提高施工的安全性;同时,能够提供准确的数据支持,便于及时调整施工方案,确保施工过程的顺利进行。
