The invention discloses a construction method for controlling the installation perpendicularity of a CT clamping groove assembly type underground diaphragm wall. After it is confirmed that grooving of the underground diaphragm wall is qualified, a prefabricated wall is hoisted through the following steps that (3-1) the prefabricated wall is lowered along a guide wall; (3-2) penetrating a solid steel bar into a lower lifting hole of the double-lug lifting bar, and enabling the prefabricated wall body to be crossly supported on the guide wall; 3-3) measuring the elevations of the four corners of the top surface of the prefabricated wall body, and calculating the height difference; (3-4) an adjusting base plate is placed between the lower lifting hole of the double-lug lifting bar and the solid steel bar, and leveling is conducted; (3-5) repeating the steps (3-3)-(3-4) until the height difference of the four corners of the top surface is smaller than a set threshold value; and (3-6) the side face perpendicularity of the prefabricated wall is detected, and if the side face perpendicularity is larger than a set threshold value, the step (3-3) to the step (3-5) are repeated till the side face perpendicularity is smaller than the set threshold value. According to the method, the T clamping head of the rear-row-width prefabricated wall can be smoothly and completely inserted into the C clamping groove of the front-row-width prefabricated wall.

    本发明公开了一种控制CT卡槽装配式地连墙安装垂直度的施工方法,在确认地连墙成槽合格后采用以下步骤吊装预制墙体:3‑1)将预制墙体沿导墙下放;3‑2)将实心钢棒穿入双耳吊筋的下吊孔,将预制墙体横担在导墙上;3‑3)测量预制墙体顶面四角高程,算出高差;3‑4)在双耳吊筋的下吊孔与实心钢棒之间放置调整垫板,调平;3‑5)重复步骤3‑3)~步骤3‑4),直至顶面四角高差小于其设定阈值;3‑6)检测预制墙体的侧面垂直度,如果侧面垂直度大于其设定阈值,则重复步骤3‑3)~步骤3‑5),直至侧面垂直度小于其设定阈值。本发明可使后行幅预制墙体的T卡头顺利、完全地插入先行幅预制墙体的C卡槽中。
