The method comprises the following steps: collecting ETC door frame data in real time; obtaining a road section congestion index at the current moment; obtaining a congestion level corresponding to the road section congestion index at the current moment according to a preset corresponding relation between a road section congestion index range and the congestion level; if the current moment is the unblocked grade, the basic unblocked grade or the light congestion grade, continuing to collect and analyze the current ETC gantry data; and if the current moment is in the moderate congestion level and the serious congestion level, predicting the traffic flow in the future time period by adopting a pre-trained traffic flow prediction model. According to the gradient model traffic flow prediction method based on ETC portal frame data provided by the invention, the traffic volume prediction precision and model robustness can be effectively improved, and the traffic volume prediction demand in a complex scene can be met.
本发明提供一种基于ETC门架数据的梯度模型交通流量预测方法,包括以下步骤:实时采集得到ETC门架数据;得到当前时刻的路段拥挤指数;根据预设定的路段拥挤指数范围和拥堵等级的对应关系,得到当前时刻的路段拥挤指数所对应的拥堵等级;如果当前时刻为畅通等级、基本畅通等级或轻度拥堵等级,则继续对当前ETC门架数据进行采集和分析;如果当前时刻为中度拥堵等级和严重拥堵等级,则采用预训练的交通流预测模型,对未来时段的交通流量预测。本发明提供的一种基于ETC门架数据的梯度模型交通流量预测方法,能够有效提高交通量预测精度和模型稳健性,满足复杂场景下的交通量预测需求。
