The invention discloses a vehicle and a power supply system and method thereof. The power supply system comprises a charging module which is provided with a USB interface and is used for being connected with power supply equipment through a USB protocol; and a control module configured to control the high voltage grid of the vehicle to deliver electrical energy to the low voltage grid. According to the scheme, power can be supplied to the power-losing vehicle through the USB protocol, and the effect of rapidly and efficiently enabling the vehicle to return to normal is achieved.
