The invention relates to the technical field of ship shafting, and discloses a shaft connecting method for a ship controllable-pitch propeller shafting, which comprises the following steps of: mounting a first shaft connecting tool between a front end flange of a second intermediate shaft and a flange of a gear box large gear shaft, and mounting a second shaft connecting tool between a flange of a first intermediate shaft and a rear end flange of the second intermediate shaft; after a flange at the front end of the second intermediate shaft and a flange of a large gear shaft of the gearbox are folded, the first connecting shaft tools are detached one by one and replaced with flange fasteners, a second connecting shaft tool is installed between a flange of the first intermediate shaft and a flange at the rear end of the second intermediate shaft, and the lower portion of an adjusting ring is installed; the second connecting shaft tool is disassembled, and an adjusting ring is installed; the shaft section connecting preparation and dismounting workload is reduced, meanwhile, the opening value and the deviation value between the shaft sections can be effectively controlled, the quality problem that the oil pipe in the controllable-pitch propeller shaft is bent greatly can be avoided, and the whole shaft section connecting method is easy to operate and high in safety.

    本发明涉及船舶轴系技术领域,公开了一种船舶调距桨轴系的连轴方法,在2号中间轴的前端法兰与齿轮箱大齿轮轴的法兰之间安装第一连轴工装,在1号中间轴的法兰与2号中间轴的后端法兰之间安装第二连轴工装,轴内的调距桨轴内油管进行对接连接,2号中间轴的前端法兰与齿轮箱大齿轮轴的法兰收拢后,逐一拆除第一连轴工装并替换成法兰紧固件,将位于1号中间轴的法兰与2号中间轴的后端法兰之间安装第二连轴工装,安装调整环的下部分,拆除第二连轴工装,安装调整环;本发明降低了轴段连接准备和拆除工作量,同时能有效控制轴段间开口值、偏移值,能避免调距桨轴内油管发生弯曲较大质量问题发生,整体轴段连接方法操作简单,安全性高。
