Therefore, the load fluctuation in the movement process is reduced, a powerful basis is provided for evaluating the deformation condition of the cabin door, and the influence of the aerodynamic load on the cabin door driving actuator cylinder and the influence on the locking performance can be evaluated. The test bench utilizes the clamping mechanism to clamp the test piece, so that the structural stability of the test piece is ensured, and the portal frame provides stable support for the clamping mechanism.
本发明公开了一种适用于飞机起落架舱门的气动载荷模拟试验装置,包括试验台架、均布加载单元以及随动加载单元,在进行加载模拟试验时,随着试验件的舱门开启,加载驱动器带动随动加载框转动,随动加载框利用传力机构向加载点位元件传递作用力,并保持方向和大小不变,实现沿试验件的舱门法向加载,随动加载框施加的作用力通过传力机构分布到舱门表面多个加载点,模拟舱门的实际受到的载荷,传力杆间通过柔性连接,以减小运动过程中的载荷波动,为评估舱门变形情况提供有力依据,还有利于评估气动载荷对舱门驱动作动筒的影响、对上锁性能的影响。试验台架利用装卡机构装卡试验件,保证了试验件的结构稳定性,龙门架为装卡机构提供了稳定支撑。
