The invention belongs to the field of lifting equipment, and relates to a lead screw single-drive double-acting mechanism which comprises a base, a first-section arm is rotationally connected to the base, a second-section arm is slidably connected to the middle of the first-section arm, a third-section arm is slidably connected to the middle of the second-section arm, and an electric push rod is further rotationally connected to the base. The other end of the electric push rod is rotationally connected to the outer side of the first-section arm, a fixing block is fixedly connected to the interior of the first-section arm, a motor is fixedly connected to the bottom of the fixing block, a lead screw body is fixedly connected to the output end of the motor, a threaded block is in threaded connection with the periphery of the lead screw body, and a connecting rod is fixedly connected to the middle of the threaded block; the other end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected to the middle part of the inner wall of the three-section arm; a limiting assembly is installed in the middle of the first-section arm. The problems that in the prior art, adjustment of a single-arm crane through a worm gear and a worm is strenuous, and the use efficiency is affected are solved.
