According to the method, the charging concentration ratios of different charging stations in different time periods are calculated by using the charging behaviors of the electric vehicle in each time period in each charging process, the time period overlap ratio analysis is performed on the charging concentration ratios of the charging stations in different time periods to obtain the time period with the maximum charging load, and the strategy optimization model is constructed by combining the power grid load to obtain the maximum charging load. The charging strategy of the charging station is optimized, the power grid load in a specific time period is reduced, and the power grid operation efficiency is improved.
