The invention provides a suspension control method and device, a vehicle and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the attitude angle generated by the vehicle in the first direction and the first gravity center offset generated by the gravity center of the vehicle relative to the first gravity center offset generated in the first direction during no-load are obtained; and controlling the suspension of the vehicle according to the attitude angle and the first gravity center offset.
