The invention relates to the technical field of power battery safety, in particular to a power battery thermal runaway early warning system and method for a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, and the system comprises a plurality of collection modules, a temperature prediction module, an early warning grade classification module and an alarm module. The temperature prediction module predicts the model temperature of each single battery through a temperature prediction model based on the data of each acquisition module; the early-warning grade classification module combines the driving temperature and the model temperature of each single battery, performs prediction through an early-warning grade classification model, obtains early-warning grade information of each single battery and sends the early-warning grade information to the alarm module; and the alarm module automatically executes emergency operation of a corresponding grade according to the early warning grade information of each single battery. According to the invention, the defect that the current thermal runaway early warning system of the power battery mostly takes the model temperature obtained by model prediction as a judgment basis is overcome, and more comprehensive and more accurate monitoring and early warning of the thermal runaway state of the power battery are realized.

    本发明涉及动力电池安全技术领域,具体涉及一种用于氢燃料电池车的动力电池热失控预警系统及方法,该系统包括多个采集模块、温度预测模块、预警等级分类模块和告警模块;温度预测模块基于各采集模块的数据,通过温度预测模型预测各单体电池的模型温度;预警等级分类模块结合各单体电池的行驶温度和模型温度,通过预警等级分类模型进行预测,获得各单体电池的预警等级信息并发送至告警模块;告警模块根据各单体电池的预警等级信息自动执行相应等级的应急操作。本发明不仅克服了当前动力电池的热失控预警系统多以模型预测得出的模型温度作为判断依据这一缺陷,还实现了对动力电池热失控状态更全面、更精准的监测与预警。
