The equalization circuit comprises a first switch unit and an energy storage element, the first end of the first switch unit is connected with the positive electrode of a first battery pack, and the second end of the first switch unit is connected with the negative electrode of a second battery pack. The third end of the first switch unit is connected between the negative electrode of the first battery pack and the positive electrode of the second battery pack through the energy storage element, and the negative electrode of the first battery pack is connected with the positive electrode of the second battery pack; wherein at least one of the first switch unit and the energy storage element is an element in other functional circuits in the vehicle.
