The invention relates to the technical field of anti-creeper, and discloses a radial deformation type anti-creeper energy absorption device which comprises a flange, an expansion pipe and a pressurizing pipe which are coaxially arranged. The pressurizing pipe is arranged on the first side of the flange, and the expansion pipe is positioned on the second side of the flange; the second end of the pressurizing pipe extends into the flange and is connected with a pressurizing head located in the expansion pipe. The pressurizing head is configured to move in the axial direction of the expansion pipe so as to force the expansion pipe to deform in the radial direction. The portion, extending into the flange, of the pressurizing pipe is fixedly connected with the flange through a plurality of fasteners arranged in the radial direction, and the fasteners are sequentially distributed in the circumferential direction of the pressurizing pipe. According to the radial deformation type anti-creeping energy absorption device disclosed by the invention, the plurality of fasteners used for connecting the pressurizing pipe and the flange are additionally arranged, so that the deformation triggering force of the whole anti-creeping energy absorption device can be increased, and the anti-creeping energy absorption device cannot generate permanent deformation when a railway vehicle is subjected to small-strength collision; and the service cycle of the anti-creeping energy absorption device can be prolonged.
