The invention discloses an active variable-configuration anti-explosion tracked robot, which belongs to the field of robots and comprises a front section, a middle section and a rear section. Wherein control and power supply equipment and task loads are carried on the middle section; middle section crawler wheels are installed on the two sides of the middle section. The front section and the rear section have the same structure and are symmetrically arranged front and back; the two are hinged with the middle joint through side arms mounted on the two to form a revolute pair; meanwhile, a cross beam is mounted on the side wall, and a push rod motor is connected between the cross beam and the bottom of the middle section through a revolute pair; the front section and the rear section can integrally rotate around the rotating pair connected with the middle section through the push rod motor. Therefore, obstacle crossing of the robot can be achieved through coordinated rotation of the front section and the rear section. The robot is relatively simple in structure, high in adaptability to complex terrains and capable of achieving multiple functions such as routing inspection, auxiliary carrying and equipment detection.
本发明公开一种主动变构型防爆履带式机器人,属于机器人领域,包括前节、中节与后节。其中,中节上搭载有控制及供电设备与任务载荷;中节两侧安装有中节履带轮;前节及后节结构相同前后对称设置,两者两侧安装有履带轮;且两者通过其上安装的侧臂与中节间铰接形成转动副;同时在侧壁上安装有横梁,该横梁与中节底部之间通过转动副连接有推杆电机;通过推杆电机可实现前节与后节整体绕与中节相连的转动副转动。由此通过前节与后节协调转动即可实现机器人越障。本发明机器人结构相对简单、复杂地形适应能力强的,可实现巡检、辅助搬运、设备检测等可具备多种功能。
