The invention discloses a self-generating buoy capable of comprehensively utilizing ocean current energy, which relates to the technical field of ocean monitoring and comprises a buoy main body, a solar power generation component, a wave energy power generation component and an energy storage component, the buoy main body floats on the water surface; the solar power generation assembly is arranged on the upper side of the buoy body. The wave power generation assembly is arranged on the lower side of the buoy body. The wave energy power generation assembly can rotate around the vertical axis relative to the buoy body and can move relative to the buoy body in the vertical direction. The wave energy power generation assembly can be vertically driven by the wave energy power generation assembly to enable the floating assembly to move in the vertical direction so as to drive the first power generation component to move for power generation. The energy storage component can store electric energy. According to the self-power-generation buoy comprehensively utilizing the ocean current energy, comprehensive application of solar energy, tidal current energy and wave energy can be achieved, the self-power-generation efficiency is improved, and the self-power-generation buoy can adapt to tidal current changes in multiple directions.
