The invention discloses a manned spacecraft extravehicular movable ground in-situ suspension test verification system and method. The manned spacecraft extravehicular movable ground in-situ suspension test verification system comprises a spacecraft cabin, a horizontal rotating tool, a vertical support tool, an extravehicular spacesuit, extravehicular spacesuit matched ground equipment, a suspension device and a lift truck. Wherein the spacecraft cabin is parked on the horizontal rotating tool or the vertical bracket tool; the horizontal rotating tool controls the spacecraft cabin to rotate along the horizontal axis so as to adjust the position of equipment on the spacecraft; the extravehicular spacesuit is connected with the extravehicular spacesuit matched ground equipment; the extravehicular spacesuit matched ground equipment is placed on the first lifting vehicle and translates and moves up and down along with the first lifting vehicle so as to be matched with the extravehicular spacesuit to move; the suspension device lifts the extravehicular spacesuit and transfers the extravehicular spacesuit to an operation position; and the second lift truck is used for carrying the testee to reach the vicinity of the extravehicular spacesuit and assisting the testee in the extravehicular spacesuit to operate. According to the method, the problem of verifying the outboard operation feasibility during the long-term in-orbit flight of the manned spacecraft is solved.

    本发明公开了一种载人航天器舱外活动地面原位悬吊试验验证系统及方法,包括:航天器舱体、水平旋转工装、垂直支架工装、舱外航天服、舱外航天服配套地面设备、悬吊装置和升降车;其中,航天器舱体停放在水平旋转工装或垂直支架工装上;水平旋转工装控制航天器舱体沿水平轴线旋转以调整航天器上设备位置;舱外航天服与舱外航天服配套地面设备连接;舱外航天服配套地面设备放置于第一升降车上,随第一升降车平动和上下移动,以配合舱外航天服移动;悬吊装置将舱外航天服吊起,并转移至操作位置;第二升降车用于搭载参试人员到达舱外航天服附近,辅助舱外航天服内受试者操作。本发明解决载人航天器长期在轨飞行期间,舱外操作可行性的验证问题。
