The invention provides an anti-rollover detection method for a crane. The anti-rollover detection method comprises the following steps: step 1, acquiring operation data, equipment data and state data of the crane; step 2, performing fuzzy evaluation on the operation data, the equipment data and the state data through a fuzzy hierarchy algorithm, and obtaining weighted fuzzy evaluation values corresponding to the operation data, the equipment data and the state data based on the weights corresponding to the operation data, the equipment data and the state data, and outputting the safety evaluation level of the crane. According to the method, various conditions in the operation process of the hoisting equipment are integrated, the obtained heterogeneous data are efficiently and accurately processed and analyzed, the efficiency of anti-rollover real-time detection of the hoisting equipment is improved, the operation and maintenance cost of the hoisting equipment is saved, and the operation safety of the hoisting equipment is improved.

    本发明提供一种起重机防倾翻检测方法,包括:步骤1,获取所述起重机的操作数据、设备数据和状态数据;步骤2,通过模糊层次算法,对所述操作数据、所述设备数据和所述状态数据进行模糊评判,基于所述操作数据、所述设备数据和所述状态数据对应的权重,获取所述操作数据、所述设备数据和所述状态数据对应的加权模糊评判值,输出所述起重机的安全评价等级。该方法综合起重设备运行过程中的各种情况,对所获取的异构数据进行高效准确的处理分析,实现了起重器防倾翻实时检测的效率提升,节约了起重装备的运行维护成本,提升了起重装备运行的安全性。
