    本发明涉及一种空气冷却系统模块式组合拼装施工设备及施工方法,属于空气冷却系统施工技术领域。该设备包括吊车以及用于承托风筒和护网的移动托盘,移动托盘外侧设有多个水平偏移检测组件,水平偏移检测组件上设有角度偏移检测组件。本发明的吊车起吊风筒前,在移动托盘上组装风筒和护网,多个水平偏移检测组件构成环状检测件,吊车起吊风筒时,通过环状检测件和角度偏移检测组件测量风筒偏移,以使吊车调整起吊位置和起吊角度,通过把空气冷却系统的各个单元在地面进行组合成模块,解决了没有足够吊车站位及与其他施工单位交叉作业的问题,合理利用现场狭小施工条件,安全、快速安装,缩短了工期,降低了施工成本。
