The invention provides a profound hypothermia liquid transportation container and a vehicle. The transportation container comprises an outer tank body and an inner tank body arranged in the outer tank body, and an outer supporting structure is arranged on the outer side of a cylinder body of the outer tank body; the device further comprises a static supporting structure and a dynamic supporting structure, the static supporting structure is arranged in an annular space between the inner tank body and the outer tank body, the first end of the static supporting structure is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the outer tank body, and the second end of the static supporting structure is connected with the outer wall of the barrel body of the inner tank body in a disengagement-contact switching mode. The first end of the dynamic supporting structure is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the barrel of the inner tank body, and the second end of the dynamic supporting structure penetrates through the barrel of the outer tank body and is telescopically connected with the barrel of the outer tank body in a sealed mode. During transportation, the second end of the dynamic supporting structure shrinks in the direction close to the annular space, and the second end of the static supporting structure is separated from the outer wall of the barrel body of the inner tank body; during placement, the second end of the dynamic supporting structure extends in the direction away from the annular space, and the second end of the static supporting structure makes contact with the outer wall of the barrel of the inner tank body.
