The invention provides a region boundary control method and system based on traffic jam indexes, and relates to the technical field of traffic control. The method comprises the steps of collecting historical traffic data of a target traffic network according to time parameters and constructing a road network topological graph of each time period, clustering each road network topological graph through a spectral clustering algorithm, constructing a three-dimensional macroscopic fundamental graph model according to the road section length, the accumulated vehicle number and the traffic completion rate of each traffic center after clustering, and calculating the traffic completion rate of each traffic center according to the three-dimensional macroscopic fundamental graph model. Current traffic data of a target traffic network are collected, a target road network topological graph is constructed, the target road network topological graph is clustered through a spectral clustering algorithm to obtain a target traffic center area, and traffic lights at boundary intersections of the target traffic center area are regulated and controlled based on a three-dimensional macroscopic fundamental graph model through a sliding mode variable structure control algorithm. The flow in the area is adjusted through boundary flow control, so that the accumulated number of vehicles in the road network of the area is always maintained at the critical number of vehicles, and the traffic flow of the area is ensured to be maximum.

    本发明提供一种基于交通拥堵指数的区域边界控制方法及系统,涉及交通控制技术领域;方法包括:按照时间参数采集目标交通网络的历史交通数据并构建各个时段的路网拓扑图,通过谱聚类算法对各个路网拓扑图进行聚类,根据聚类后各个交通中心区的路段长度、累积车辆数和交通完成率构建三维宏观基本图模型,采集目标交通网络当前交通数据并构建目标路网拓扑图,通过谱聚类算法对目标路网拓扑图聚类得到目标交通中心区,通过滑模变结构控制算法基于三维宏观基本图模型对目标交通中心区的边界交叉口的交通信号灯进行调控。通过边界流量控制来调节区域内部的流量,使区域的路网累积车辆数始终维持在临界车辆数,保证区域完成交通通行流量达到最大。
