Determining parameters in the Bayesian network by using a quantile regression result; according to the method, the time-space and nonlinear characteristics of the traffic flow are accurately grasped, support is provided for strategy formulation and signal optimization of a management department, and the congestion is effectively dredged and the efficiency is effectively improved; network parameters determined by quantile regression can easily deal with various abnormal conditions, guarantee reliable prediction, build a foundation for emergency management and accident early warning, and reduce disordered and loss risks; the prediction system collects updated data in real time and optimizes the model, flexible adjustment is carried out according to scene changes, traffic management is enabled intelligently and finely, system performance and service quality are improved, multiple requirements are met, and sustainable development of traffic is driven.
