The invention relates to a suspension, a swing arm assembly, a vehicle and a control method of the vehicle. The suspension comprises a swing arm and a shock absorber. The swing arm is suitable for being connected with the vehicle body end and the wheel end of the vehicle. The first end of the shock absorber is suitable for being installed at the vehicle body end, and the second end of the shock absorber is movably installed on the swing arm so that the position of the shock absorber on the swing arm can be adjusted. The technical problem that the friction force of a shock absorber is increased due to the fact that the included angle between the shock absorber and the motion direction of a swing arm changes obviously in the prior art is solved.
