The method comprises the following steps: in a low-temperature state, identifying different power driving states of the electric driving system; outputting different motor request rotating speeds according to different power driving states; in the gear engaging synchronous control period, the motor is controlled to enter a motor rotating speed control mode based on the motor request rotating speed till the motor rotating speed control mode is controlled to exit according to the real-time shifting fork position and the target shifting fork position; and controlling the motor to enter a motor zero-torque control mode. According to the scheme, gear engaging control under the low-temperature condition is optimized, and the problem that the gear engaging success rate of the motor is low under the low-temperature condition is solved.
