The invention provides a construction method for a monitoring unit of a turnout broken rail monitoring device, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: 1, performing grinding pretreatment on the surface of a turnout; 2, cleaning the surface of the turnout; step 3, pasting the wire adhesive tape and the protective adhesive tape; 4, conducting wire adhesive tape reliability testing, wherein after conducting wire pasting is completed, circuit on-off testing and rail piece insulation testing are conducted; step 5, circuit connection; and step 6, testing the reliability of the monitoring unit. According to the method, automatic pasting equipment is designed, meanwhile, a monitoring unit construction method combining the service status and the actual site condition of the existing turnout steel rail piece is designed, and personnel, materials and time needed by all links in the construction process of rail surface rust removal and cleaning, adhesive tape pasting, adhesive tape reliability testing and the like are accurately calculated; therefore, the purpose of mounting the monitoring unit with high efficiency and high quality is achieved.

    本申请提供一种用于道岔断轨监控装置监测单元的施工方法,其特征在于,方法包括步骤1.道岔表面打磨预处理;步骤2.道岔表面清洁处理;步骤3.导线胶带和保护胶带的粘贴;步骤4.导线胶带可靠性测试:导线粘贴完成后进行电路通断测试和轨件绝缘测试;步骤5.电路连接;步骤6.监测单元可靠性测试。本发明通过设计一个自动粘贴设备,同时设计一套结合既有道岔钢轨件服役现状和实际现场条件的监测单元施工方法,通过精确计算轨面除锈清洁、粘贴胶带、胶带可靠性测试等施工过程中各环节所需人员、物料和时间,来达到高效高质量完成监测单元安装的目的。
