The invention discloses a ship section butt joint trolley attitude adjusting device and a control method thereof.The ship section butt joint trolley attitude adjusting device comprises a central controller, attitude adjusting trolleys arranged on rails, driving devices installed on the attitude adjusting trolleys, rigid connecting rod sets and speed sensors arranged on ship sections, the at least three rails are arranged in parallel, and at least three attitude adjusting trolleys are placed on each rail; the transverse posture adjusting trolley and the longitudinal posture adjusting trolley are fixedly connected through the rigid connecting rod set, and the central controller is in signal connection with the driving device and the speed sensor. Each trolley is fixedly connected through a rigid connecting rod set, so that relative displacement cannot occur between the trolleys, the situation that due to non-cooperative positions, the supporting columns are broken, and a ship section is tipped over is avoided, the normal stress borne by the posture adjusting trolley and the driving force provided by the driving device for the trolley are measured through a first pressure sensor and a second pressure sensor correspondingly, and the posture adjusting accuracy is improved. The maximum sliding friction force, namely the maximum adhesive force, is combined to control the power of the trolley driving device so as to control the speed of the trolley and solve the problem of trolley slipping.

    本发明公开一种船舶分段对接小车调姿装置及其控制方法,包括中央控制器、设置在轨道上的调姿小车、安装在调姿小车上的驱动装置、刚性连接杆组、设置在船段上的速度传感器,轨道至少平行设置三条,每条轨道上放置至少三辆调姿小车,横向和纵向的调姿小车通过刚性连接杆组固定连接,中央控制器与驱动装置、速度传感器分别信号连接。通过使用刚性连杆组固连每台小车,使每台小车之间不会发生相对位移,防止支撑柱由于位置不协同发生断裂,致使船段倾翻,通过第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器分别测量调姿小车所受正应力和驱动装置给小车提供的驱动力,结合最大滑动摩擦力即最大附着力,控制小车驱动装置的功率,以控制小车速度,解决小车打滑问题。
