    本发明涉及一种钢筋笼整体吊装辅助对准装置,属于钢筋笼吊运技术领域,包括吊机、嵌入系统和图像识别模块,吊机用于吊装钢筋笼,图像识别模块安装于吊机的吊装端底面,在入模的模具顶面设有多个定位点,模具的顶部外侧壁缠绕有电磁线圈,多个定位点围绕模具顶面外侧设置并围合形成定位区,图像识别模块检测到钢筋笼位于定位区内时电磁线圈通电对钢筋笼进行吸附,图像识别模块识别定位点标识计算钢筋笼的位置并将计算结果传输至嵌入系统,嵌入系统与手机应用程序通讯连接,操作员根据嵌入系统传输的数据对钢筋笼进行二次定位,本发明解决了现有的钢筋笼在吊运过程中因为晃动而导致钢筋笼在入模过程中精准度差和施工效率低的问题。
