The invention discloses an automatic hoisting control system for a nuclear island new fuel container and belongs to the technical field of hoisting equipment. The device comprises a hoisting device, a bracket and a control system; the hoisting device comprises a translation mechanism and a lifting mechanism; in the hoisting process, one end of the nuclear island new fuel container is fixed to the support, and the other end is connected to the hoisting device through a hoisting rope. The hoisting weight, the displacement distance in the vertical direction, the displacement distance in the horizontal direction and the length of the hoisting rope are acquired and transmitted to a control system through a bus; and the translation speed of the translation mechanism and the lifting speed of the lifting mechanism are adjusted based on the hoisting angle, the inclination angle deflection and the hoisting weight, and the inclination angle deflection of the nuclear island new fuel container is controlled within the safety range. Under the construction conditions that the space in the nuclear island is limited and no signal exists, automatic hoisting of the new fuel container of the nuclear island is achieved, and the safety and precision requirements are met; therefore, the problem that in the prior art, a nuclear island new fuel container hoisting method depending on manual command is insufficient in nuclear island new fuel container hoisting safety and precision is solved.

    一种核岛新燃料容器自动吊装控制系统,属于吊装设备技术领域。本发明通过吊装装置、支架以及控制系统;所述吊装装置包括:平移机构和提升机构;在吊装过程中,核岛新燃料容器一端固定于支架上,一端通过吊装绳连接在吊装装置上;获取吊装重量、垂直方向位移距离、水平方向位移距离以及吊装绳绳长通过总线传输至控制系统;并基于吊装角度、倾角偏斜和吊装重量调节平移机构的平移速度和提升机构的提升速度,控制核岛新燃料容器倾角偏斜在安全范围内。在核岛内空间受限且无信号的施工条件下,实现核岛新燃料容器的自动吊装且满足安全及精度要求;从而解决现有技术中依赖人工指挥的核岛新燃料容器吊装方法对核岛新燃料容器吊装安全和精度不足的问题。
