The invention provides a traffic monitoring system and method based on an intelligent traffic internet of things, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the traffic flow information of all traffic monitoring points at different sampling moments through the deployment of a data collection device; for each sampling moment, extracting a plurality of transportation junction points and a road network subarea of each transportation junction point, determining the traffic saturation of each road network subarea, and further obtaining the traffic saturation of each road network subarea in each sampling moment; determining the offset of the position information at different sampling moments, and determining the comprehensive traffic indexes of the road network region at different sampling moments according to the traffic saturation of each road network sub-region and the offset of the corresponding transportation junction point; and according to the comprehensive traffic index, traffic situations of the road network area at different sampling moments are subjected to abnormity monitoring, and a monitoring result is sent to an Internet of Things platform through a wireless network. By adopting the scheme provided by the invention, the subarea division can be adjusted in real time, so that the traffic response speed in the road network area is improved.

    本申请提供了一种基于智能交通物联网的交通监测系统及方法,可通过部署数据采集装置,进而采集所有交通监测点在不同采样时刻的车流信息;对于每个采样时刻,提取出多个交通枢纽点和每个交通枢纽点的路网子区,确定所述每个路网子区的交通饱和度,进而得到每个采样时刻中各个路网子区的交通饱和度;确定不同采样时刻之间的位置信息的偏移量,通过各个路网子区的交通饱和度和对应交通枢纽点的偏移量确定路网区域在不同采样时刻中的综合交通指数;依据综合交通指数对路网区域在不同采样时刻中的交通态势进行异常监测,并通过无线网络将监测结果发送至物联网平台。采用本申请的方案,可实时调整子区划分,以提高路网区域中的交通响应速度。
