The invention provides a spacecraft external heat flow simulation device and method based on photo-thermal fusion. The external heat flow device comprises an infrared lamp heating system and a halogen lamp system. The infrared lamp heating system is used for heating the surface of the spacecraft to an examination temperature, and the halogen lamp system is used for illumination reaction of the surface of the spacecraft. The infrared lamp heating system and the halogen lamp illumination alternating system are arranged on the front face of the cell panel. The two sets of lamp assemblies utilize reflecting surface structures in a parabola form, so that the radiation quantity of a heat source and light in the infrared lamp assembly to a space environment heat sink is reduced, and the heating efficiency of the heat source and the illumination efficiency of the light source are improved; the overall envelope size of the two sets of lamp assemblies is larger than the surface size of a test object cell panel. The problem of low conversion from light energy to electric energy during a solar panel thermal vacuum test is solved, the illumination intensity of the external heat flow device and the current output of the panel during the test are improved, and the functional assessment of the panel is enhanced.
本发明提供了一种基于光热融合的航天器外热流模拟装置及方法,外热流装置包括红外灯加热系统和卤素灯系统。红外灯加热系统用于将航天器表面加热到考核温度,卤素灯系统用于航天器表面的光照反应。红外灯加热系统和卤素灯光照交替系统排列在电池板正面。两套灯组件利用抛物线形式的反射面结构,减少红外灯组件中热源和光照向空间环境热沉的辐射量,提高热源的加热效率和光源的光照效率;两套灯组件的整体包络尺寸大于试验对象电池板的表面尺寸。本发明解决了太阳电池板热真空试验时光能转化成电能低的问题,提高试验时外热流装置光照强度和电池板电流输出,强化对电池板功能型考核。
