Under the condition that the operation of the thermal management system meets the battery heating requirement, the active heating function of the motor does not need to be started; and under the condition that the operation of the thermal management system cannot meet the battery heating requirement, the active heating function of the motor needs to be started. Therefore, unnecessary energy consumption loss can be avoided under the condition that the performance of the battery is ensured.
