The invention discloses a hybrid electric vehicle energy management method, device and system and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that 1, multi-source traffic information and vehicle state information in the vehicle running process are collected; 2, extracting traffic elements influencing the driving of the hybrid electric vehicle according to the multi-source traffic information and the vehicle state information, and constructing the multi-source traffic information of a graph structure; 3, training a vehicle speed prediction model of a long-short term network based on the graph convolutional neural network according to the multi-source traffic information of the graph structure, and predicting the future vehicle speed by using the trained vehicle speed prediction model; and step 4, according to the predicted vehicle speed, performing energy management considering energy consumption and life decline of a vehicle power system. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the influence of the traffic elements on the sub-vehicles is fully utilized, the speed sequence which more accords with the reality is predicted, and the energy management economy is improved.

    本发明公开一种混合动力汽车能量管理方法和装置、系统、存储介质,包括:步骤1、采集车辆运行过程中的多源交通信息和车辆状态信息;步骤2、根据多源交通信息和车辆状态信息,提取影响混合动力汽车行驶的交通元素,构建图结构的多源交通信息;步骤3、根据图结构的多源交通信息训练基于图卷积神经网络的长短期网络的车速预测模型,利用训练好的车速预测模型预测未来车速;步骤4、根据预测车速,进行考虑车辆动力系统能量消耗和寿命衰退的能量管理。采用本发明的技术方案,充分利用交通元素对子车的影响,预测出更符合实际的速度序列,提高能量管理经济性。
